Kitchen Type 02

German Handleless KitchenTrue handleless, integrated rail

About this style

The purest modern kitchen: no handles at all. Instead, a slim aluminium rail runs along the cabinetry, so every door and drawer opens from a hidden channel and the run reads as one calm, unbroken surface.

German handleless kitchens use a profile, an aluminium channel set into the cabinet carcass, between the worktop and the doors and between each row of drawers. Your fingers slip into the channel to open; from across the room you see only clean horizontal lines.

Because nothing protrudes, this style shows off materials beautifully: stone worktops that waterfall to the floor, wood-grain or matt lacquer doors, and LED light tucked into the rail or under the plinth so the cabinetry seems to float.

Why our clients choose it

  • Clean, architectural lines with nothing to catch on
  • Easy to clean, no handles to wipe around
  • Rail can be colour-matched or lit with LED
  • Perfect for open-plan living and kitchen islands
